The Driller's Toolbox 4.0

This application serves as a comprehensive digital tool for groundwater development, offering valuable assistance in essential tasks within the field. It facilitates geophysics measurements, drill log data capture and reporting, as well as managing pumping tests. Captured data is conveniently organized into distinct projects.

• Drill logs: Users have the ability to record drilling-related information through a user-friendly visual interface. Upon submission, users are provided with a professionally formatted drill log in PDF.
• Pumping tests: By utilizing this feature, users can capture critical pumping test data including level, discharge, water quality parameters, alongside location details and borehole references. Following submission, users receive an Excel file containing comprehensive data, complete with drawdown graphs.
• Geophysics: Presently, the app supports Vertical Electrical Soundings (VES) and Horizontal Electrical Profiling (HEP) measurements, employing Wenner or Schlumberger array spacings. Data entry can be conducted in voltage/current format or resistance format (e.g., from a Terrameter). Additionally, the app interfaces seamlessly with the Practica Foundation Volterra device, a cost-effective resistivity measurement tool.

Once geophysics data is submitted, users are furnished a detailed PDF report with the data and computed models for 3, 4, and 5 layers, as well as an Occam model. Raw data in Excel format is also made available.

An upcoming web interface will provide online access to the data, presenting it on a map for enhanced visualization. The interface further enables convenient filtering and downloading of PDF reports.

The app accommodates both SI and Imperial units and is accessible in English, French, and Portuguese languages.
